ABOUT MICHELLE HAYES:
Michelle Hayes is a Registered Social Worker with more than 24 years of experience working with parents, adolescents, and children. With a private practice located in Burlington, Ontario, she provides counseling, mediation, parenting plan assessments, Voice of the Child Reports, reconciliation therapy, and parenting coordination. Michelle is an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association of Family Mediation. She is a consultant for the Catholic Children's Aid Society of Hamilton and the Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton on high-conflict child custody and access cases.
In addition to her private practice, Michelle has been a paneled clinician with the Office of the Children's Lawyer as a Clinical Investigator since 2006. She is an instructor with York University, School of Continuing Studies, and Mediation Certificate, in family relations, domestic violence, and mediation courses. She was also an Executive Board Member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts - Ontario Chapter and the past Chair of the Hamilton High Conflict Forum.
